Nickel-based Alloy Steel Sheets
- Inconel 625 (UNS N06625): It has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, good tensile and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980℃, and stress corrosion resistance in salt spray atmosphere. It is used to manufacture corrosion-resistant parts in chemical industry, marine engineering and other fields.
- Inconel 718 (UNS N07718): It has excellent high temperature strength and corrosion resistance. It is used to manufacture high temperature engine parts such as turbine disks and blades in the aerospace field.
- Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800): It has good high temperature corrosion resistance and carburization resistance. It is used to manufacture heating furnace tubes, heat exchangers, etc. in heat treatment, petrochemical and other industries.
- GH141 (GH4141): It is a precipitation hardening nickel-based deformation high temperature alloy. In the range of 650-950℃, it has high tensile and long-lasting creep strength and good oxidation resistance. It is suitable for manufacturing high temperature parts of aviation and aerospace engines.
- GH6159: It is a Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation hardening type deformation high temperature alloy, and its service temperature is less than 600℃. The alloy has a high deformation hardening rate, and has ultra-high strength, good plasticity and toughness, and high stress corrosion resistance at room temperature and high temperature. It is suitable for manufacturing engine sealing plates, high-load bearing bolts, etc.
