Precision Alloy Sheet
1. Soft magnetic alloy plates: 1J46, 1J50, 1J54, 1J76, 1J77, 1J79, 1J80, 1J85, 1J86, 1J34, 1J51, 1J52, 1J65, 1J66, 1J67, 1J83, 1J403, etc., mainly used for small transformers and pulse transformers working in weak or medium magnetic fields.
2. Magnetic temperature compensation alloy plates: 1J30, 1J31, 1J32, 1J33, 1J38, used for magnetic shunt compensation elements in electromagnetic circuits and permanent magnetic circuits.
3. Corrosion-resistant soft magnetic alloy plates: 1J36, 1J116, 1J117, used for electromagnetic devices working in oxidizing media and hydrazine media.
4. High saturation magnetic induction intensity soft magnetic alloy plates: 1J22, used for electromagnet poles, telephone headset vibration membranes, etc.
5. High hardness, high resistance and high magnetic permeability alloy plates: 1J87, 1J88, 1J89, 1J90, 1J91, used to make tape recorders and tape recorder head chips, etc.
6. Expansion alloy plates: 4J44, which has a certain linear expansion coefficient in the temperature range of -60℃~+450℃, can be matched with hard glass for firm sealing, and is suitable for vacuum components such as transmitting tubes and oscillating tubes; 4J40, which belongs to Fe-Ni-Co ternary alloy, has a low expansion coefficient in the temperature range of -20~300℃, and is used to manufacture instrument parts and electronic devices that require highly precise dimensions in the temperature range of -50~300℃.
7. Elastic alloy plates: 3J58 belongs to constant elastic alloys for frequency components.
8. Precision resistance alloy plates: 6J20 is a nickel-chromium precision resistance alloy with high resistivity, low resistance temperature coefficient and good stability.
